Course of action:
Consultation:
TLC Solutions begins every project with a free, no-obligation, in-home consultation. During this session, we carefully assess your individual needs in order to gain an understanding of your situation and what you’d like to accomplish.
Plan:
TLC Solutions helps you with every detail of a relocation, from planning to completion. We work closely with our clients to make the transition as efficient and stress-free as possible. This process includes: downsizing, packing, unpacking, and designing one’s new space for convenience and comfort.
Organizing and Downsizing:
TLC Solutions compassionately assists with the decision making process concerning one’s possessions. These decisions include determining what to keep, pack, sell for monetary return, gift to family/friends, donate to the community for tax purposes and recycle or discard. TLC Solutions also helps to empty excessive accumulations that are overflowing in storage spaces, thus reducing or eliminating stress and storage expenses.
Packing and Unpacking:
TLC Solutions offers timely and systematic unpacking services. When a project is completed, boxes and packing materials are removed, beds are made, clocks and electronic systems are set, bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces are ready and organized for immediate use.
Functional Design and Staging Services:
TLC Solutions accomplishes this process by providing a pre-established floor plan that closely replicates one’s dwelling preferences in order to quickly establish the new residence as home. When selling a home we provide design services for a staging project, as well as, the hands-on assistance required to bring these tasks to completion.
