Many items and issues are addressed and decided upon which include the following: keep and pack, sell for fair monetary return, donate to family/friends or for tax purposes and recycle or discard trash. Our unpacking and functional design services generally are completed within twelve to twenty-four hours.When TLC Solutions has finished an unpacking project, boxes and packing materials are removed, beds are made, clocks and electronic systems are set, and bathrooms, kitchens and other living spaces are decorated/organized and ready for use.

Clients preparing for the sale of their home(s) use TLC Solutions for staging purposes and clients desiring to remain in their home(s) use TLC Solutions for their functional design services. We offer to our potential clients a free initial in-home no obligation consultation. Ten percent of our revenues are gifted back into our communities through local charities and nonprofit organizations.
